Privacy Policy

1. No account required

ArcadeBloom is a directory. You can browse, search, and read every page without creating an account or providing any personal information.

2. Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic (which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from). We do not build individual user profiles or sell data.

3. Cookies

Any cookies are limited to essential functionality (such as remembering your search query) and aggregate analytics. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking or ad targeting.

4. When you leave ArcadeBloom

The "Play" links send you to third-party sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies which govern what they collect once you arrive. We have no control over and take no responsibility for their practices.

5. How we count Play clicks (aggregate only)

When you click a Play button, ArcadeBloom records a single anonymous count so we can tell which games are actually being played. The only data sent is: the game's slug, a coarse referral bucket (for example "google" or "direct"), and a coarse device bucket (desktop / tablet / mobile). This is combined into a daily total per game.

We do not record your IP address, any cookie or account identifier, your full referrer URL, your user agent, or any cross-site identifier. The click is sent the moment you press Play and nothing about you personally is kept.

This first-party click count is separate from any advertising (see below). It is anonymous aggregate measurement and does not track you across sites.

6. Advertising (Google AdSense)

Game detail pages carry a single labelled advertisement served by Google AdSense. AdSense is a third-party service with its own data practices — it may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. This is not covered by the anonymous Play-click measurement described above.

In regions where Google requires it (the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), ads load through a Google-certified consent management platform and you are asked for consent before advertising cookies are set. You can decline ad personalization at any time via Google's Ads Settings.

The anonymous Play-click count (section 5) and AdSense data (this section) are separate. One does not make the other anonymous.
